The owner of this plz is *DumuziTheMessiah (https://www.deviantart.com/dumuzithemessiah) my brother is :iconcopymegamanplz: Note! Copy Megaman does not appear in the Ruby Spears cartoon, this was just a edit of of the :icongutsmanplz: which really isn't gutsman but megaman. I think the plz maker did a fine job on the icon. She did different shades of red for my eyes pixel by pixel. She had to draw the scarf on so it couldn't be helped I hope you understand.
